The cottage is located in Ferrysburg, near Smith's Bridge, 100 ft from Spring Lake, and we also have a dock on the water. 2 bedrooms and an additional loft sleeping room. 1 bathroom. 4 people maximum. Tenant is responsible for some utilities (internet, gas, electric). This property comes furnished as shown in the pics. Utilities not included, but rent and term may be negotiable for the right person. Credit check (650 min), last month's rent, deposit, and proof of income (3x rent) required.
