It is now has a much larger feel for a spacious Master bedroom with private bathroom with double sinks enclosed. I've provided these updated photos to the beginning of the photos to go with the professional photos previously taken.
The place is fully furnished with large Smart TV's hanging in each of the bedrooms. The house is completely upgraded with granite counter-tops throughout and travertine floors in the living room, downstairs bedroom and bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private balconies along with vaulted ceilings. All the rooms have ceiling fans. The home features an industrial sized Samsung Washer and Dryer.
The townhouse is one unit in a 4 unit complex. The property is on two floors and all three bedrooms have queen sized beds. The complex is gated and is perfect for your safety with cameras at both gates. There are TWO reserved parking spots to avoid any parking issues. It has it's own private, lower-level patio with a hot tub for just the use of this unit. In front of the unit is a common area as seen in the pictures with outdoor patio set.
*Please note, there are pool hours that must be observed with the hot tub. Sunday - Thursday 8 AM - 10 PM. Friday - Saturday 8 AM - Midnight
Due to the house being a part of a 4 unit complex, it is important to note this is Not a party house. The pool hours are also considered quiet hours for the entire complex. I am searching for respectful tenants to get along with great neighbors and not violate any terms of the lease including pool/ quiet hours for the complex as listed with the times above.
