It has a separate entrance so you will never run into the front house neighbor. The property has been renovated to match the front unit. Both units can be rented together or separately. Both units have private entrances and yards. This is one of the very very very few properties in Hillcrest that has thousands of square feet of outdoor space. Everything else is a high-rise or apartment community. Entertain, relax or give your dogs a real place to run around. Open kitchen and bathroom concept. two main bedrooms and one smaller bedroom or office. You will be the second tenant to enjoy brand new everything. No surface will be old.
