Payment Terms Space Rent: $900/month Includes water, trash, and septic Electric is sub-metered and billed monthly Basic internet included Rent-to-Own Payment: $300/month Applies directly toward the purchase of the fifth wheel Total Monthly Payment: $1,200 Maintenance Responsibilities Tenant/Buyer is responsible for basic maintenance and upkeep of the fifth wheel Owner handles property and utilities outside the unit (shed, hookups, etc.) Ownership Terms After 24 on-time payments of $300/month ($7,200 total), the tenant becomes the legal owner of the 2004 Holiday Rambler fifth wheel. A Bill of Sale and Title Transfer will be completed upon final payment. Early Termination / Missed Payments Missed or late payments may result in termination of the Rent-to-Own agreement. All Rent-to-Own payments made up to that point are non-refundable if the agreement is broken. Space rent is still due monthly and subject to eviction processes if unpaid. Mobility The fifth wheel is currently stationary, but may be towed by the buyer at their own expense once ownership is transferred. Towing before completion of payments requires written permission from the owner.
