Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for water/sewer, garbage, electricity, internet, and any optional services. Parking is included. Home is offered as a furnished rental for a 9-month lease term. Renewal or extension may be considered by mutual agreement but is not guaranteed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenant screening required. Screening criteria include income, credit history, rental history, references, background check, proposed occupancy structure, and ability to comply with lease terms. One primary leaseholder must independently meet the income requirement and serve as the primary point of contact. All adult occupants must be disclosed, screened, approved, and listed on the lease or occupant addendum. Approval is based on the complete proposed occupancy structure. Property is not offered for room-by-room rental, group shared housing, corporate crew housing, rotating occupancy, subleasing, or short-term rental use. Renter's insurance required before move-in. Tenant is responsible for ordinary care of the home, appliances, yard, furnishings, and any personal property included in the lease and move-in inventory. *NOTE: Zillow does not allow a choice of a 9-month lease, so the 12-month lease requirement is flexible between 9-12 months.
