Lease terms

Minimum lease term is three (3) months. Longer lease terms may be available upon mutual agreement. First month's rent and security deposit are due prior to move-in. The apartment is fully furnished with furniture, kitchen essentials, and appliances. Tenant may not remove, replace, or dispose of any furnishings without prior written landlord approval. The apartment must be returned at the end of the lease with all furnishings and household items in substantially the same condition as provided at move-in, excluding normal wear and tear. All utilities are included; however, tenant is responsible for cable television and any streaming subscription services. One dedicated parking space is included, and additional street parking is available nearby, subject to Town of Basalt regulations. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the apartment or on the property. Tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and promptly reporting any maintenance issues. Landlord is responsible for major maintenance and repairs not resulting from tenant negligence or misuse.
