The bathroom and the kitchen are both shared, and each is well-equipped dishes, utensils, cooking supplies, and everything you'd need. Laundry is easy, with a washing machine in the bathroom and a dryer located right outside. Parking is street-only on a quiet cul-de-sac, with ample spaces in the area. About the home: it's a quiet, clean place up in the hills. I'm a professional entertainer a musician, DJ, and AI developer so I work evenings, which means the home stays calm and low-key during the day. There is one friendly, indoor-outdoor cat who tends to come and go; a pet that's compatible with him may be negotiable. This is a sublease from the master tenant, so each candidate applies through the landlord for financial and background creditworthiness approval. I'm looking for someone clean, considerate, financially stable, and easy to live with. No smoking indoors. The security deposit is $1,375, due upfront, and if you'd like to move in before September 1, that may be possible with prorated rent and the full deposit paid upfront.
