There are two entrances to this unit: a front grand entry off the covered front porch and fenced yard, and a back entrance from the mudroom and rear staircase. In addition to an in-unit Laundry, there is also a shared laundry that is located in the mudroom. The laundry is newer and does not require a fee. Off-street parking is available. An uncovered, dedicated parking space is available for $75. There is a $100/month per person utility fee. Individual A/C units for each bedroom are available if desired, but the unit stays fairly cool as a middle unit and by opening windows at night. This unit is available April 1st. Well-qualified and approved roommates are okay, and pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $300 refundable deposit and non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 per month First/last month's rent, deposit, and signed one-year lease are required. 2 year leases will also be considered.
