NON-SMOKING unit/NO PETS please. Available Aug 1st - Please do not disturb tenants. A minimum of one-year lease is required. After 12 months you will be given the option to renew for another 12 months or shift to month-to-month tenancy at a slightly higher cost. As long as you remain on a 12-month lease or a 12-month lease extension, your rent will never increase more than 2% in a year. Advertised rent is the total rent (no hidden fees) and includes lawn care, trash/recycling/yard waste collection. Tenant also pays for their own gas, electric, internet/cable, and sub-metered portion of water that is billed monthly by the owner. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 700, a gross monthly household income of $6900/month and a clean criminal background and rental history to be considered for tenancy.
