Lease terms
Minimum 12 months lease with renewal every 12 months. Gas/Electric, internet, cable are the renter's responsibilities. Water is included. I have a contractor who will address any issues that need to be fixed. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Renters must give a 60 day notice if moving out. If renters need to break the lease, they will be charged a 2 month penalty for early termination. As the owner, I have to right to terminate the lease at any time, with a 60 day notice.

About the building
Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located one block from Runyon Canyon hiking trail, a few minutes from the Sunset strip and one mile from the 101… freeway. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been recently remodeled, as well as the custom stone fireplace. The unit faces north and has a patio that spans the length of the condo. The floors are polished cement, making the unit pet friendly. The unit comes with 2 non-tandem parking spots in a gated underground garage. The building has a communal pool, jacuzzi and sauna, including a recreation room that can be reserved for events. The building has an onsite manager and a package room for deliveries. The guest bedroom is not pictured because it's full of things while I move, but it's almost identical to the master, except for that the bathroom is not connected but is just down the hall. Also, the guest bedroom has a small walk-in closet with bars, drawers and shelving. Preferred method of communication for viewing is via text to my cell. Looking forward to showing you my place!
