Other criminal activity will be evaluated considering the nature, severity, and recency of criminal conduct. Payment Plan Notice: Per Seattle Ordinance 125222, tenants may opt to pay the security deposit, pet deposit, move-in fees, and last month's rent in installments over six months (or four months for leases between 30 days and six months).
