Each bedrooms has its own separate sinks and vanity. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own private vanity area. Two of the bedrooms have full sized beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed. All set up for comfort. The upstairs has its own living/ play area with an electric fireplace media cabinet for the tv. There is a private office area on the main floor for those who work from home. It can be completely closed off for needed privacy while working. This home offers three living areas. The main living area offers a large comfortable sectional, a flat screen tv, fire place and large windows offering a view of the beautiful pool. The kitchen is fully equipped offering stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, glass cooktop, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven. All basic cooking and baking needs are included. The backyard is simply amazing! It is an oasis with a furnished, covered patio including an upscale built in Lion grill with a granite countertop. The pool is 5 feet in depth in the middle, shallower on the sides. Perfect for soaking and relaxing. This is perfect for mid term to long term stays while in transition from your permanent housing. This is a perfect home for corporate housing or those who have been displaced due to home renovations. Owner pays all utilities ( up to $350 for electricity, $175 for water and gas) including internet. Parking is available in garage, driveway and street. Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed. Violations are ubject to a $450 plus the costs to clean, deodorize and repair damages. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Laundry room has a washer and dryer for provided Pets should be discussed in advance. Only small, fully trained pets will be allowed. No pets on furniture. Additional pet cleaning fees will be applied for cleaning, deodorizing and repairing damages. Longer than 30 day stays will require a larger security deposit, depending on the stays length.
