Itemized inventory with serial numbers and replacement values signed at move-in per MCL 554.608. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets, with exception for verified service animals and ESAs as required by the Fair Housing Act. No subletting, Airbnb, or assignment without written Landlord consent. Renters insurance required ($100,000 minimum liability, Landlord named as additional interest). Landlord may enter with 24 hours' written notice except in emergencies.
