I am looking for long-term rental here. 3, 6 or 12 month rentals. There are no utilities due to the fact that the home is run mostly on solar. If the solar storage run out (usually only during Jan-Feb), there is a propane tank that supplies the stove that kicks on automatically so you're never without heat. If that's not warm enough, there's a pellet stove that can be utilized as well. The driveway will be plowed in the winter, but you would have to shovel off your walkway and get the snow off your vehicle since there is not a garage...yet.
