This modern 2023-built home is move-in ready and designed for comfortable everyday living. 12-month lease required Monthly rent is $1,900 with a $1,900 security deposit (on approved credit) . Upfront security deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Renters insurance is required and must include a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability and property damage coverage proof required. Tenants provide their own policy. Rental Qualifications: Verifiable household income of approximately 3x the monthly rent No evictions within the past 5 years Background and credit check required Self-employed applicants must provide 3 months of income statements Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Small dogs only up to 40lb. A one-time pet fee per pet is due at move-in. Certain dog breeds are not permitted: guidelines, including German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans.
