I'm the owner, not a realtor, so I'll transparently give you the minuses and pluses, and you can determine if you're interested, saving us both lots of time.
Minuses:
- No washer/dryer in unit must use very serviceable laundry room in the garage
- The one bathroom is small though a family of five did once live here
- Three issues are related to the fires/smoke damage of a year ago:
1. The HVAC system will be rebuilt; expect noise and access will be required to the unit. Electric wall heaters have been installed to comply with regulations.
2. The roof will be rebuilt expect more noise for PHs during this process
3. Not all amenities are available (swimming pools, gazebo, trails, tennis court)
- Naked floors and hallways of building will not be addressed until roof/HVAC done
