About the building

This quiet, private, 3bdrm , 2bath & study home sits on 2.65 acres, with larger neighboring parcels.… Aside from an occasional neighbor driving by, there is no traffic noise. Yet, it is about a ten minute drive [3 1/2 miles] to downtown Nevada city. The downstairs has a full bathroom and an open floor plan with a kitchen flowing into a great room and the great room opening onto a redwood deck overlooking the back lawn, garden space, with a few fruit trees in the distance. Upstairs has three bedrooms, a study, and the full bathroom. There are many windows throughout the house, along with three skylights, creating a bright and inviting home. While there is no garage there is a shed on a concrete pad and with power. We posted a few pictures we had in our files, but they don't do a good job of capturing the feel of the house. We have a strict no smoking and no pet policy. If you are interested, let us know and we will give you a call.
