All guests must complete a verification process within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations, which includes providing a valid government-issued ID, confirming contact information, completing a secure screening, and undergoing a background check if required. A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. A $69 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
