Enjoy the rooftop deck with city views, a pergola-covered outdoor lounge with a sofa, and a dining area with seating. A secure built-in garage is available. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis depending on size and breed for a non-refundable cleaning fee. For stays of 14 nights, the fee is $35 per night, per pet. For stays of 529 nights, the fee is $250 per pet. For stays of 30+ nights, the fee is $400 per pet. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. All requested verification documents must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to comply may result in cancellation. A $75 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
