This modern house comes equipped with a washer and dryer, 2 car garage, 2 additional outdoor parking space, RV parking space, covered front porch and a nice big fully-fenced backyard. Open concept kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, tile backsplash and a pantry. The rooms have large windows and hence get ample sunlight. There is a limit of 2 pets (dogs and cats), including ESA or Companion animals. Renters pay all the utilities. Minimum lease term- 1 year. Selection Criteria is as following: (1) Credit Score above 630 (2) Debt to income ratio 40% or less (3) No Active Bankruptcy or has been more than 6 months of the previous discharge (4) No previous or current evictions (5) Sufficient income (roughly 2.5 times the rent) to pay rent and ability to verify employment/income (6) Positive rental history (7) No smoking (8) All applicants must provide a valid government issued ID, SSN or TIN, EIN or I94 (legal residency proof for non US citizens) (9) Applicant must provide pay stubs for last two months (10) We would accept reusable reports (11) Provide the rental history for previous 2 years (12) Criminal background check will be conducted and failure to disclose any criminal offenses would lead to denial of application. Convictions of any sort will be evaluated on an individual basis. (13) We will follow city/county occupancy restrictions. Please check city/county policy on that.
