Pets accepted on a per-case basis, one only, under 30 lbs, with $300 additional deposit. No pet rent. This is a NON SMOKING unit, no smoking or vaping of ANY substance is allowed indoors, on the patio, or in the common areas. Naperville code restricts residency to no more than two people over the age of one year. Note that this unit is SMALL, 530 s.f. Works best for minimalists!
