Lease can be month to month but would prefer 2 or more months. I have june 1 to June 30 open and Aug 1 to nov 15 open to monthly, short term or mid term. Furniture included and kitchen items included. This house is on five acres. river is approx 100 yards away....you can walk along river bank for 150 yards.
