The first Month's Rent will be required upon application approval and Security Deposit fee is due prior to the move-in (Security Deposit will be 1 month of rent upfront or monthly fee system-which only applies on some specific cases). An additional $50/mo Pet rent will be added to the tenants ledger each month along with rent if the tenant has pets and they are allowed in the Unit/Property (Only applies for the properties that accept pets), This pet rent may vary depending on the amount of pets, not all pets will be allowed. 625 CREDIT SCORE MINIMUM TO BE CONSIDERED (THIS SCORE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE). Once approved, all the lease documents and 1st months rent payment will need to be made and complete for us to take the property off the market, otherwise we'll keep considering the next applicants in line. All other funds are required prior to move in.
