Terms at 1729 Pebble Pl

Tenant shall be responsible for all utilities associated with the Premises, including but not limited to water, sewer, HRSD, gas, electricity, and trash services. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for routine lawn and yard maintenance throughout the Lease Term. One small dog under 40 pounds is permitted, subject to Landlord approval. Additional pets or exceptions may be considered following screening and approval by Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per approved dog shall apply, and all approved pets must remain current on vaccinations. All persons age 18 or older intending to occupy the Premises must submit a separate rental application and complete the required screening process in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance throughout the Lease Term as required by the Lease Agreement. Security deposit shall be paid in full prior to move-in.
