Our luxury townhouses are conveniently located near the U of A campus and Interstate 49. These spacious units are almost 1500 sf, with 3 bedrooms, a garage, and a large fenced yard. All appliances are included, we provide complimentary lawn service, and pets are welcome at all of our properties. The lease rate is $1,995 per month. The fully refundable security deposit is $1,995. We charge a non-refundable $300 fee per pet, however we do not charge any additional monthly pet rent.
