The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, slate tile floors, beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a blender, and a crock pot. Enjoy the convenience of two living areas, one with a comfy couch and HDTV, and another cozy spot by the fireplace. The property includes two master suites, each with a King bed and full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and a dedicated full bathroom across the hall. The loft area upstairs has a full over queen bunk bed and a wall-mounted TV.
A reserved covered parking spot is available for your use. For groups larger than the standard occupancy of 6 people, a "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies.
The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square. While walking to the base area is possible in the summer, the elevation means an uphill return. Options like Uber, Lyft, or local taxis are recommended for the journey home. The walk to and from the base area includes sections without sidewalks and a steep section, making it not recommended in winter, with children, or for those not in good physical condition. Free parking is available at the Steamboat Ski Resort's Meadow and Knoll lots, which are convenient to the property and the Gondola.
Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, covering all entrances and exits to ensure security and guest honesty. Violation of the no-smoking policy, which prohibits tobacco, marijuana, vapor devices, incense, or any other material, will result in immediate eviction without refund. Parties or gatherings are prohibited unless written approval is provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more guests than listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for leaving the home in the same condition as found, with additional housekeeping or maintenance fees applied for abnormal disorder. Guests must notify the property owner or manager of any damage immediately. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. Shared amenities are managed by the HOA and may have seasonal availability or be closed for maintenance. Pools and hot tubs, if present, are seasonal and may close. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult over 30. Groups with adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown groups or any group visiting for an athletic event must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the property or grounds. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Violations of the no-pet policy may threaten the health and safety of others. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100.

Spring 2026 upgrades include fresh paint, a remodeled kitchen with new tile backsplash, new countertops, and the addition of a washer/dryer for in-unit laundry. Bench seating will be added to the dining table, and new furniture will be in the living room. Bathrooms will receive new accessories, possibly new vanities, and new shower enclosures. Bedrooms will have new wood flooring. Bedroom 3 will have its regular queen bed replaced with a queen over queen bunk bed. The loft upstairs will have its twin daybed/trundle bed replaced with a full over queen bunk bed. Other mattresses throughout the condo are also being replaced.
