Monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash removal, pool maintenance, and window blinds. The property features a very large pool and sun deck as well as an on-site coin operated laundry area. Each apartment is issued one reserved parking space. There is a limit of 2 people in a 1-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a 1-time pet fee (per pet) that is additional and due at lease signing. The property is in an ideal location just east of Federal Highway, and is close to local hospitals, I-95/I-595, the airport, and Port Everglades. There are plenty of food options nearby/within walking distance, and the building is within walking distance to a major grocery store. Young Circle is a few minutes to the south via car, where you can enjoy the weekly/monthly events as well as several special events each year. Fees/Move in costs: $80 non refundable application fee per person over the age of 18 12 month leases Background screening required.
