The home is located "West of Trail" and 1 mile from Westfield Mall which is undergoing rapid expansion with restaurants, movie theaters and shops. Do you like to play golf? There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses In Sarasota! The Legacy Trail is in very close proximity and offers many miles of scenic biking and walking trails. The YMCA is nearby with exercise equipment, Olympic size pools, saunas, whirlpools, tennis courts etc. They offer daily and weekly memberships. It is a quick 5-mile drive to "The 2nd Best Beach in the world" Siesta Key. Downtown Sarasota with all the cultural venues such as the Ringling Museum, Oslo Theater, Purple Cow Van Wezel Performing Arts, Marina Jacks, Selby Gardens, Dinner Theaters, The Players, Golf Courses, galleries and shops, including world famous St. Armand's Circle is just 10-15 miles. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed. It has a walk-in closet, en-suite bath with shower and granite topped vanity. A sitting area is adjacent to the Master Suite. Additional sleeping areas include a queen Murphy bed and an additional room that can be configured as a bedroom. It is currently set up as a separate office space with large desk. There is a wet bar adjacent to the family room. There is a garage with opener. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart TV, and free WIFI. A fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful outdoor kitchen on the patio is a great spot to enjoy the wonderful Florida weather. There is an outdoor shower to clean up after boating or going to the beach. Smoking is not permitted.
