The garage is not included due to owner storage. Washer, dryer, refrigerator and upright freezer included It is available immediately on a 12 month lease. Other pets on a case by case basis with additional pet/cleaning deposit Rental history of at least 5 years Background checks with previous landlords must not have any late payments, evictions, noise, sanitary, garbage or damage complaints, pet policy violations, smoking or drug use, allowing/conducting illegal activity on the premises Valid State ID and social security number Additional Terms: First months rent plus damage deposit equal to 1 month's rent plus pet deposit of $500 due at signing.
