- Wood burning fireplace that is a delight during the cold winter months
- Laundry rooms on every floor
- Windows in the primary bedroom have smart shades (can sync with your Alexa device or remote controlled)
- Limited free parking in the alley adjacent to the building; available on a first come basis for building residents
The location is fantastic: 7 min walk to the Dupont metro (red line), 15 min walk to U St (green and yellow lines). Close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and more: 4 minutes to a Safeway & CVS pharmacy, 13 min walk to Whole Foods, 11 min walk to Trader Joe's. Just off of 17th Street which has a number of bars and restaurants (Floriana, Hank's Oyster Bar, Sushi Taro and much more), and 10 min walk to all the restaurants and bars on 14th St. Located on Embassy Row so it is very quiet and safe block
