There are 2 rooms available.… This 2 story home has a spacious, furnished living room, nice sized kitchen with an island and all kitchenware and equipment you'll ever need. Nice sized dinning room with a dinner table that seats 6 people. 2 full bathrooms. Rustic style. 2 central AC units. Washer and dryer is in the garage, the garage is also used by the housemates for additional storage. There is a nice front porch where jasmine grows and a large backyard with plenty of shade and a firepit. Both rooms have backyard access. There is a small porch in the back. There is parking in the driveway that can fit 2 vehicles plus off street parking. Neighbors on the block are friendly. (Apologies for the mess in the photos of the rooms available while the current housemate is packing their possessions.)
