Enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, waterfalls, fishing, kayaking, and scenic drives, with Plattekill Mountain and Belleayre Mountain ski resorts approximately 30-40 minutes away. The home is also conveniently located near several wedding venues and colleges. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time changes for check-in/check-out are not permitted during holidays or from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and may be possible with approval and a fee outside these dates. Cell service at the house is limited or non-existent, so WiFi calling should be enabled before arrival, and arrival details should be saved in advance. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a no-smoking policy indoors. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee; cats are not permitted. A private well and septic system are in place, and guests are asked to flush only toilet paper and use water conservatively. Due to the rural setting, wildlife and insects are part of the environment, and food or trash should not be left unattended.
