Nearby towns include Andes, Bovina Center, Delhi, and Margaretville. Outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and kayaking are abundant, with Plattekill Mountain and Belleayre Mountain ski resorts approximately 30-40 minutes away. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking home. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with approval and a pet fee; cats are not permitted. No parties or events are allowed, and day visitors require approval. Unapproved guests may result in fees or cancellation without refund. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time changes for check-in/check-out are not permitted during holidays or from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and may be possible outside those dates with approval and a fee. Cell service at the house is limited or non-existent, so WiFi calling should be enabled before arrival, and arrival details should be saved in advance. The home has a private well and septic system; guests are asked to flush only toilet paper and use water conservatively.
