The living room is warm and comfortable, featuring a sectional couch with a pull-out bed for additional sleeping, an electric fireplace with heater, and a Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other popular streaming apps. High-speed WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware, and hosts are happy to accommodate reasonable requests if something is missing.
There are basement tenants who are traveling professionals; they have a separate entrance. The large backyard is shared with the lower level tenants (short term renters only--so people not there all of the time), providing plenty of outdoor space to enjoy The property includes two free off-street parking spots.
Pets are welcome with a $500 non-refundable pet deposit.
