Charming, thoughtfully arranged 280-square-foot studio in a quiet Southwest Escondido neighborhood, less than 1 mi from Palomar Medical Center and convenient to both I-15 and Hwy 78. Some say it's the best location in Escondido. Everyday errands are easy, with Albertsons, Target, Home Depot, and Costco nearby.
The best part is the privacy. The studio has its own entrance and a courtyard tucked away on one side of the property perfect for morning coffee or unwinding outside. On the other side is a large shared backyard with a built-in barbecue.
We're tidy, chill people in our 30s and early 40s with three very good dogs. They use only the shared backyard and never enter the studio or private courtyard. Dogs to greet when you feel like it; your own quiet space when you don't.
The studio includes:

* Air conditioning and heating
* Plenty of easy street parking
* Kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, large countertop oven, full size pantry, and two hot plates that honestly work better than many electric stovetops (seriously)
* Built in closet space
You have full access to the main house/garage (including use of the guest room for occasional overnight guests). Inside the house you'll have access to a full bathroom shared with only one other female resident.
The garage includes:

* Additional freezer space
We're hoping to find someone mature, reliable, respectful, and easygoing: a working professional, graduate student, or anyone looking for a clean and peaceful place to live. This is a friendly home, but not a party-house environment. We are LGTBQ+ friendly!
