The under-truss area offers continuous shade throughout the day, and features an oversized, comfortable conversation area, and a hot tub large enough for 2 to 3 people! Our home includes a tasteful dining room off the kitchen, a large family room with cathedral ceilings and a huge 65'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas, and split floor plan bedrooms.
