You will be responsible for putting electric in your name. The cabin is completely furnished and ready to move in to. There are walking trails in a private gated community. The winters are mild with little to no snowfall. There was no measurable snow in 2024. More pictures of the inside of the cabin are available if needed. This cabin is a short 10-minute drive to downtown Lake Lure or Chimney Rock, NC. Great rental for workers coming into the area to rebuild our cozy town.
