One assigned parking space in the lot, with ample street parking available for guests. What does this building have that others don't? First, a large-fenced yard with a big furnished patio (table, chairs, BBQ grill) that's shady in the afternoon. Great for grilling, working in the sunshine or just hanging out. Large lockable basement storage with plenty of room for bicycles, luggage and Christmas stuff. There's a gym downstairs with weights, stationary bike and more.
This is an older building (1865), so only quiet people need apply - noise travels in these buildings and we want all of our co-tenants to be happy. No loud music. Rugs in the hallway/bedrooom required. You also need to be able to tolerate some noise.
