Gorgeous old Arts and Crafts Stickley style house with beautiful natural wooded French doors that lead from the large living room to the dining room. The living room has a decorative non-functional fireplace surrounded by built in bookshelves and a beautiful large wooden mantle.
The woodworking in this house is to be admired. The kitchen is cozy with lots of wall arches and built in cabinets and a cute little hidden spice rack on the wall. There's a walk in pantry off the kitchen with lots of storage and a working countertop for food prep.
There is a private front porch overlooking a large mowed park with a wooded hillside in the background. Two of the three bedrooms have a closet and all three rooms have two windows, and there are lots of windows throughout the house. The very last bedroom in the back has an extra bonus room, an enclosed sun porch used for storage and craft space. The bedroom with extra storage has additional price for the extra room.
