Smoking indoors incurs an additional fee of $250. Please note that vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, and glitter or confetti will incur fees of $250, $250, and $200 respectively. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 per pet fee, and dirty dishes will result in a $50 fee. A missing towel will incur a $20 fee per towel. Pets must be disclosed before arrival and are allowed with a maximum of two dogs, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone, and owners must pick up after their pets in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and noise complaints from neighbors due to pets will not be tolerated. Evidence of pets on furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for shipping costs plus a $30 fee. Shipping is only domestic. Additional guests over the original reservation guest count will result in a $75 fee per person. Failure to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Events or parties are not allowed. No rearranging of furniture. A violation of the house rules will terminate the listing and result in a forfeiture of funds.
