This home is kid-friendly and pet-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, must be picked up after in the yard, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Shipping of forgotten personal items is available for a fee of shipping costs plus a $30 handling fee, with domestic shipping only.

A missing towel incurs a $20 fee per towel. Guests are responsible for damages caused by their party. A late checkout fee of $60 per hour (pro-rated) applies if the property is not vacated by the agreed-upon checkout time. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and events or parties are not allowed. Rearranging furniture is also prohibited. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning & sanitation fee.
