This rental unit (2nd floor) was recently renovated, with renovations ending June 2026! It features hard wood, and laminate flooring.… The bedrooms, and common room feature ceiling fans that are in excellent shape, or brand new! The home was built in 1914, features high ceilings, crown molding, and a beautiful built in display cabinet. The bath has been updated to a bath/shower surround, features a tall modern toilet, brand new ceiling exhaust fan/light, and vanity. Nearly all of the blinds have been replaced! Each bedroom has closet space, as well as some built in drawers in the bedroom facing the street. The unit has central air, a gas stove, and refrigerator. The kitchen has large cabinets, shelving, and a spacious pantry. I have cleared a space in the attic (not climate controlled) for personal items you may need out of the way. The unit features modern double pane energy efficient windows. The front, back yards are spacious, and I maintain them personally. This is a vertical duplex, and I live in the lower unit. This is a non-smoking, no open flame (candles), and no dogs allowed apartment (service animals allowed). There is plenty of space on the street for parking, and I maintain the walks/parking spots in winter with a snow blower (street does not have plow restrictions). You will need to find a off-site place to do laundry. You will have your own gas, electric meter. Water, sewer, and waste is included.
