Hyde Park, known as a great place to shop or catch a meal is located just 3 blocks away while Camel's Back Park is just 2 blocks away. Longfellow Elementary is located just 2 blocks away and North Junior High is about 8 blocks away. This apartment is about as perfectly located as one can be in Boise. The owner pays for water, sewer, and trash and the tenant will pay for electricity and gas. We are looking for a one-year lease.
