Thank you for your interest in 1718 North 9th Apt #3. As you look at the building from the outside, apt #3 is the upper left unit consisting of 1-2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bath. It would work well as a 1 bedroom with an office or with the second smaller room being used for a child. There is a small deck located off the rear of the apartment and a shared 2nd-floor porch on the front of the building. A coin laundry facility with 2 washers and 2 dryers is located in the basement for use by all the apartments. Each apartment also comes with its own 10x12 storage shed for bikes or whatever else might be needed. Pets are discouraged. For those not familiar with Boise's North End, it offers excellent access to downtown, shopping, parks, and the foothills trail system. Hyde Park, known as a great place to shop or catch a meal is located just 3 blocks away while Camelback Park is just 2 blocks away. Longfellow Elementary is located just 2 blocks away and North Junior High is about 8 blocks away. This apartment is about as perfectly located as one can be in Boise.
