Partially Furnished GUEST HOUSE for rent (16th St & Indian School Rd), available July 24, 2026.… HOUSE/LOCATION Walking distance to shops and restaurants at Camelback Colonnade. Small backyard. A/C throughout. Full Kitchen. SETUP This is essentially a one bedroom home with patio. Spacious bathroom, living room and full kitchen are included (range, oven, garbage disposal, full sized fridge, ample counter space etc) but note: no dishwasher. The home was repainted inside after the last tenant. AVAILABLE July 24th PICTURES Include the loveseat couch, but not the bed (this belongs to the previous tenant). LEASE PERIOD Flexible. Ideally we would sign a year lease but I am also open to a somewhat shorter lease period if that fits your needs better. RENT $1500/month due on the first of each month. City tax of 2% is included. UTILITIES All in my name, no need to set anything up. Utilities are a flat rate of $90/month. Includes Water, Electric, Landscaping, pest control, Gas, Sewage, Trash, and wifi. SHARED PROPERTY There is a main home on the property occupied by another tenant.. All parties can be introduced before signing a lease. Current tenant in the front home has one elderly indoor cat. Backyard spaces are separated pretty well. EXTRAS AC throughout, bedroom ceiling fan, private patio with lights and covered awning. WASHER/DRYER Full washer/dryer located on the side of the guest house. This is for guest house occupants only and is not shared with the main house. PARKING Driveway spot; Street parking PETS Ideally there would be no pets, however dogs only will be considered on a case by case basis. (This would incur an additional security deposit which would be 100% refundable upon a successful move-out). SMOKING This is a non-smoking unit/property.
