Three primary bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully furnished, each featuring streaming TVs and direct private balcony access. The fourth enclosed bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements. The modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. All three bathrooms are spa-inspired, featuring walk-in glass showers, modern vanities with LED-lit mirrors, and high-end finishes, with one bathroom offering a freestanding soaking tub.
Guests have access to The Grand's premium waterfront amenities, including a hot tub and pool, and a gym. Paid parking is available with a $200 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, with requests made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and for each additional vehicle, the fee is $200 per month, subject to availability. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and paid directly to the building. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay.
Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami's key destinations. Wynwood, Miami's arts district, is approximately 510 minutes away. South Beach, known for its beaches and Art Deco architecture, is about 1520 minutes away. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Missing streaming devices or remotes from the apartment after departure will result in a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval. Depending on the length of your stay, a full building application for residency may be required upon booking, which could include former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.
