Paid add-ons include luggage storage for $3 per suitcase, and parking for $200 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, with requests made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Additional vehicles are $200 per month, subject to availability. Daily valet parking is available for $48, payable directly to the building. Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6".
Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well-connected to Miami's key destinations. It's approximately 5-10 minutes from Wynwood and the Design District, 5-10 minutes from Downtown Miami nightlife, 5 minutes from the Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center, 10-15 minutes from Brickell City Centre, and 15-20 minutes from South Beach. The Miami Stadium is also well-connected via main roads and highways.
The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, with temporary pathways created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Building management has strict occupancy rules: 4 adults only plus 3 children, with no exceptions. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; no visitors are allowed for shorter stays, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Missing streaming devices or remotes will result in a charge of $100 per item. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute; failure to comply may result in a $300 fine.
