Both bedrooms are positioned to enjoy natural light and direct balcony access, and each is equipped with a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, finished in a clean, modern style with walk-in showers and thoughtful layouts that support group living. Storage is generous throughout the residence, including large closets and a walk-in closet suitable for longer visits.
Access to an on-site hot tub and pool is available. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase. Parking is available for a fee of $200 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, with requests made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For each additional vehicle, the parking fee is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. A daily valet fee of $48 is also available and paid directly to the building each day. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6". Enterprise rental car company is available within the retail lobby.

The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests must send copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. Third-party bookings are not allowed unless agreed in advance. Depending on the length of your stay, a full building application for residency may be required. Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; no visitors are allowed for shorter stays. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute, or a $300 fine may be applied.
