This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 adults plus 3 children. The open and bright living and dining area flows seamlessly to a large private balcony, perfect for enjoying the bay and skyline views. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, generous counter space, and a large island with seating, ideal for social gatherings. Both generously sized bedrooms offer natural light and balcony access, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the second. Ample storage is available throughout, including large closets. The two full bathrooms are finished in a clean, contemporary style with walk-in showers.
Access to the hot tub and pool is included. Paid add-ons include parking for $200 for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, with requests made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For each additional vehicle, the fee is $200 per month, subject to availability and advance notice. A $48 daily valet fee is also available and paid directly to the building. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay.
Situated in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere with excellent connectivity to Miami's key destinations. It's approximately 5-10 minutes to Wynwood's arts district, 15-20 minutes to South Beach, 5-10 minutes to the Design District, and 5-10 minutes to Downtown Miami nightlife. Brickell City Centre is about 10-15 minutes away, and the Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center are approximately 5 minutes away. Getting around is convenient with readily available rideshare services and complimentary public transportation options like the Trolley and Miami Metromover.
Please be aware that the building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The residential pool is closed for repairs, but the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a minimum $500 fine plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Building management has strict occupancy rules: 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; no visitors are allowed for shorter stays. Missing streaming devices or remotes will result in a charge of $100 per missing item. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute; failure to comply may result in a $300 fine.
