Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Events are not allowed. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; for shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Failure to comply with trash disposal rules may result in a $300 fine. The Sauna and Fitness Center (Gym) will be temporarily closed from July 1 to August 31, 2026, due to renovation works.
