This spacious apartment accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children. The living and dining area is bright and open, framed by large windows that bring in abundant natural light and views across the surrounding resort-style grounds and nearby skyline. The private balcony offers an open-air setting overlooking lush palm trees, landscaped grounds, and the pool area below. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the open layout and features stainless-steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for easy meals at home. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms. Two primary bedrooms feature king beds, TVs, ample storage, and direct access to the balcony or large windows with open views. The enclosed third bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, one featuring a soaking tub and separate shower, while the second bathroom is designed for everyday comfort and convenience. Paid add-ons include valet parking with unlimited in/out access for a daily fee of $48, payable directly to the building. For stays of 10+ nights, please inquire about parking rates. Luggage storage is available with the bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. A crib can be provided for an additional fee. Wynwood, Miami's arts district, is approximately 510 minutes away. South Beach, known for its beaches and Art Deco architecture, is approximately 1520 minutes away. The Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center are nearby venues hosting concerts, shows, and sporting events. The building is undergoing renovations, which may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but delivery dates must fall within the reservation period. The unit number will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after your stay. The Trash Room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine.
