Age Requirement: The person signing the rental agreement must be 50 years of age or older, per The Villages' community rules. Weekly rates are available please email for details. Rental Policy A security deposit is due at the time of booking. To confirm your reservation, a signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. Cancellation Policy A $250 non-refundable cancellation fee applies to all cancellations once the contract is signed. This fee covers administrative time, reservation blocking, and lost rental opportunities. Refund Policy (in addition to the $250 fee): More than 90 days before rental start: Full refund of security deposit (minus $250 fee) 60-90 days before rental start: 50% refund of security deposit (minus $250 fee) 30- 59 days before rental start: No refund of security deposit Less than 30 days: Full security deposit is forfeited Additional Fees: $150 cleaning fee This will be withheld from the security deposit and is required to help maintain the home and access the indoor and outdoor amenities in The Villages. Monthly rates run from the 1st to the last day of each month.
