Lease terms

Renter will be responsible for electric, water under there own name, renters insurance is required. Background check will be required. No pets on premise. No smoking. Maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway at all times, no street parking at any time. 12 month lease required. Renter will be responsible for maintaining front and backyard clean of debris. The bushes and all weeds must be taken care of monthly. First and last month's rent required along with security deposit. This home is available as early as September 1st. Renters will be required to obtain renters insurance throughout the rental agreement with periodic checks of active policy. Renters will be required to allow owner to do walk through around 6th month, 30 days prior to renewal period ending, and as needed.
